Golf Connect Golf Tours - Nationwide Golf Tournaments for Amateurs

All players earn season long "Player of the Year" points based upon team placement.   Top 5 individual point winners share a year end prize pool.

NOTE:  Player of the Year Points are awarded based on the number of teams in each event.  Available pionts in each event are based on the number of teams.  Five points are available for each team.  For example, if there are 20 teams in the field, 100 points are available.  Players on the winning team each get 100 points with each team thereafter incrementally decreasing by 5 points per team.  This scaling point system rewards more top finishers when competing against a larger field.

Year End Player of the Year Points Placement Prize Pool (paid out as Austads Golf gift cards)
1st place - $100; 2nd place - $80; 3rd place - $60; 4th place - $40; 5th place - $20
