Golf Connect Golf Tours - Nationwide Golf Tournaments for Amateurs

All players earn season long "Player of the Year" points based upon team placement.   Top 5 individual point winners share a year end prize pool.

NOTE:  Player of the Year Points are awarded based on the number of teams in each event.  Points are awarded per event per flight and are calculated by assigning the last place team 5 points then incrementally increasing 5 points per team.  For teams that golf in a flight that is above their handicap level they will receive a bonus 5 points.  This scaling point system rewards more top finishers when competing against a larger field.

Year End Player of the Year Points Placement Prize Pool (paid out as Austads Golf gift cards)
1st place - $100; 2nd place - $80; 3rd place - $60; 4th place - $40; 5th place - $20
